Alpha Development Timeline
Noob Mayhem launched in alpha on May 29, 2025 from Game Thing as a roguelike combat experience on Roblox. Since release, the studio has shipped balance patches, new maps, class tuning, and quality-of-life fixes on an ongoing cadence typical of active alpha games. This event hub tracks those changes so players adjust builds and tier lists without relying on outdated videos.
Alpha disclaimers apply: progress, items, and gamepass benefits may change before full release. Leaderboards may reset. Always read patch notes before marathon farming sessions after maintenance windows.
What Counts as an Event
Formal events may include double-coin weekends, limited-time map modifiers, holiday cosmetics, or collaboration banners in the lobby. Routine balance patches are not events but still affect meta — we document both on latest-updates and update-history respectively.
- Balance patches: Class, item, and map tuning.
- Content drops: New maps, classes, or modes.
- Live events: Temporary boosts or themed challenges.
- Maintenance: Downtime and hotfix notes.
Staying Informed
Official announcements originate from Game Thing's Discord and Roblox experience update logs. We summarize changes in plain English with links to affected guides — tier lists, builds, and walkthroughs may receive companion edits after major patches.
No official promo codes have launched during alpha — event pages will note if that changes. Avoid fake "update code" videos on patch days.
